"My experience with your company was horrendous at best! The female supervisor was argumentative and unprofessional in pur interactions. Today,especially! She made false claims that she was being harassed by me for calling to check on an item I purchased that her company had the responsibility to deliver. My order was placed in October and has yet to be delivered. When inquiring on the status, I was given the answer of the item being shipped from France on a boat. Needless to say, this is now December and the item is not here. I was told by her to call Rowenta and find out why my item had not been shipped. I was so upset with her behavior that discontinued our conversation only to have her call me back and threaten to cancel my order without my consent or agreement. Thank you for allowing me to write this and I look forward to your response."

Misleading Website & Terrible Communication
"I was referred to this website by All-Clad to purchase a replacement insert for my slow cooker. I placed my order on November 23. The website says all orders ship within 2 days, and you can pay a $2.99 fee for expedited processing. I paid the $2.99 extra. I received my order confirmation email that day. Then no communication whatsoever. I tried emailing them, as the website and order confirmation told me to do if I had questions. The email was returned to me saying they are only taking phone calls because of COVID and to call Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 EST. So I try calling them on a Thursday afternoon at 3:30pm only to get a recording telling me that they answer the phone 9:00-3:00 EST and to send them an email instead. Finally, on Friday, December 11, I called and got someone on the phone who tells me that the insert comes on a boat from France, and is expected to arrive at the end of December. Why is this not mentioned on their website? I asked her this, and received no answer or understanding. I told her I expected a refund of the expedited processing fee, and she assured me that I wouldn't be charged it. I am not holding my breath on that one. I do not recommend ordering from this website, and I plan to contact All-Clad about the experience and request that they stop referring customers to them."

Smallappliance.com is a scam. Report them to your state consumer protection division.
"This company engages in fraud. Wish I’d checked reviews first. I take a screen shot of all online purchases & was able to confirm they responded to my order, a shame they had no intention of filling it. I’ve made attempts to contact the company to no avail. Slimy! I am reporting this *alleged* company to the BBB & filing a formal complaint with my state’s Department of Consumer Protection. The best part, they are allegedly closed all weekend for the Thanksgiving holiday. Just like every retailer closes on Black Friday. BWAHAHA SMH Oh, the alleged invoice will read “ Turnpike Appliance” NOT Small Appliance. Too bad I never received on, just an order confirm, no Invoice #."

Horrible CS
"I will never buy from this company again!! Their Customer Service lacks a lot when it comes to being courteous. I have been waiting on an item now for over 2 months. The UPS tracking says it should have been delivered Monday, July 13, by 9 pm. The package has vanished. Was being transferred to USPS for delivery....they have no record of the shipment. Have no idea where it is but you can bet that Small Appliance has their money for this item. They didn't offer any apology just that this is all due to COVID and that it may be another 2-3 weeks if then when it will arrive!!! This was the second time I ordered this item (June 3, 2020). The first order they totally lost!!"

Buyers Beware- NO REFUNDS!
"I had ordered a pair of glass replacement coffee carafes..One was broken. When I called customer service, I requested a refund, only to be told they don't offer refunds, only replacements ( ? ) That was over 3 weeks ago. I recently call to check on my replacement, now to find out it's out of stcock and it will be another 2 weeks ( at least)! I commented because I felt waiting now 5 weeks, maybe more, for an item..should definitely give me the option of a refund. So beware when you order. Also, there are quite a few coupons for this site- but when you try to apply them they aren't applied. Anotehr surprise: was told they aren't accurate. Went astep further with etail me not, just one of the coupon carries, and they staed they are accurate, but small appliance.com isn't honoring them. The company just seems to be a bit shady- money hundried, and have a poor customer 'satisfaction; policy!"

My replacement bowl for food processor works perfectly
"Although delivery took a tad bit longer than I would have liked, the bowl is exactly what I needed to replace a cracked one. This was an expensive lesson for me to NOT let my food processor get overheated while making almond butter!!"

Small Appliance Order
"Obviously not a customer service that listens well to a customer, and makes customer pay for their errors. I called Small Appliance for a Krups coffee pot carafe replacement. I provided all the numbers listed on a small label at the bottom of the coffee pot, and the clerk interrupted me, and specifically asked for model number, which I provided twice. When told the carafe was available I ordered 2 carafes. Five days later I received 2 carafes that are the wrong models, too tall for my machine. After reporting to customer service that I received the wrong carafes, I was told that the "model" was no longer available, since 5 years ago. And, to return the wrong items I have to pay for return charges, and will be charged for the original shipping charges. Very bad customer service by the person who took the order, she ignored all the product numbers that were given to her which now indicate that the carafes are no longer available."

"I ordered a replacement bowl for my Waring food processor. Although, it seems to have taken longer for delivery than I would have liked, the bowl fits perfectly. If the delivery had been a shorter length of time, I would give them 5 stars. I would order from this company again."

smallappliance.com = junk (customer service)
"I placed an order for a replacement jar for my Waring blender with smallappliance.com on 8/19/19. It was 8/28/19 and I was pretty excited to get the part, because mine had cracked, so I looked through my bank statement to see if they had charged me yet, no charge. I checked the 2 emails I use, no email. I called the company @ 1-***-***-**** at 12:01pm and had a 1-minute phone call (according to my phone log) asking when I could expect delivery. The customer service rep asked me... "is this Sue" and I said yes. I assumed she knew from caller ID through their ordering system. She informed me that they did not have an order for me. I told her that I thought I had placed the order a little over a week ago, and asked if she was 'sure', and she said positive! I asked if we could place the order now on the phone, and she said she didn't have access to my account because they don't set up accounts, only guest check out, so I would need to place the order using their website. I went back to the website, and placed the order, this time using my husband’s debit card, and my name on the shipping address, because my debit card had been compromised on 8/20.... (WAIT... WHAT?? now that I think about it... 1 day after I had placed my 1st order with smallapplicance.com... my debit card # was fraudulently used the next day... coincidence I hope??) I placed my order, and waited for the confirmation, which was received, and I was advised 2 days later that it had shipped and would arrive 9/3/19. Today, 9/3, up walks the mailman with 2 packages from smallappliances.com. Both the same size/shape, so I knew right away that the order got messed up. I went back to my confirmation, and double checked that I had only ordered 1 replacement part, and went to my bank account and noticed that they charged me twice also. I called the company and explained what had happened and how I had called the company on 8/28, and what I was told (above). She looked up the order ID's and informed that I had used 2 different names and email addresses, so when I called on 8/28, they may have looked up the wrong information? I reminded her that when I called on 8/28, I had only placed 1 order, with my name, never gave any info, but was asked if I was Sue, so there couldn't have been any confusion at that point. The customer service rep immediately took a defensive stand, saying that I must have called the wrong company or I used the wrong name, and that is why I was told there wasn't an order for me? WHAT??? I asked for a refund on the duplicate order and a return shipping label, and was informed that they do not pay for return shipping. I tried to explain the situation AGAIN, and realized that it didn't matter what I said, it was NOT their fault, and she was not going to listen or help me any further. I was pretty upset at this point, and unfortunately raised my voice and asked to speak to a manager. The customer service rep, laughed into the phone and put me on hold. Another rep picked up the phone and informed that there isn't a manager onsite. I asked when he/she would be in? I was informed that they do not have managers onsite ever, and would need to put in a request for a manager to "email" me. I asked for a phone call, and was informed that the managers communicate via email so they have proof of their conversations with customers. They will need to investigate and I should hear from them in 24 hours. I knew at that point that this was a losing battle and agreed to having a manager contact me via email. I do not recommend you use this company unless you absolutely have to because you can't find the part elsewhere. Why? My debit card # was coincidentally compromised the next day. I was informed that my 1 order wasn't completed, forcing me to place another order, which ended up being a duplicate order, and then both orders... conveniently arrived to my house the same day, even though they were placed 8 days apart. I do not believe this company is doing business honestly. Sue B - Illinois P.S. On a side note: I went back to my Hotmail account and this time searched in my junk mail, which is where I found my original order confirmation buried. After my experience, junk mail is where this company clearly belongs."

Very well packed.
"I ordered a plastic replacement measuring beaker for my Cuisenart Smart Stick blender. It took a little longer than I would have liked to arrive but when it did it was double packed in two sturdy cardboard boxes - the inner an exact fit for the item. It therefore arrived in perfect condition. It was a competitive price too. Thank you."

Customer Service was excellent
"Thirty minutes after I placed an order on the day after Thanksgiving, I found these reviews and was dismayed after reading them. I called the company, spoke with the owner, and voiced my concern. She asked about my order, indicated that the replacement piece I ordered may not fit (given the age of the Cuisinart food processor) and asked that I send them a picture of the model number and Cuisinart food processor bowl. Several days later (on Cyber Monday no less) she called to say that indeed the replacement piece I ordered would not fit and given the age of our food processor, it would be virtually impossible to find it anywhere. I asked that they cancel the order which they did without question. I appreciate their quick service and their assistance."

Clearly they don't care to do the right thing
"I ordered a replacement part for a Krups espresso maker and smallapplicance.com shipped it promptly. But when I got it and tried to figure out how to install it, I called them back and was referred to their in-house repair service operation (Turnpike Appliance). The Turnpike Appliance folks told me that the part was not one a consumer could install and that the whole espresso maker would need to be sent in to be fixed. So I recontacted smallappliance.com and returned the part. To their credit they did refund the price BUT they stuck to their policy of deducting their outbound shipping cost EVEN THOUGH I explained in a letter what had happened and that, had I been correctly informed at the outset that the damaged part was not installable by a consumer, I never would have ordered it."

"I ordered a part for my panini maker. Returned it because it didn't fit, and have the postal confirmation that they received it. They claim they havent and refuse to refund my money. So I have to file a fraud charge and cancel my card. DO NOT USE THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY!!"
