"I was expecting at least a jewel case or manual. Instead, I got the install discs in paper envelopes. It made me worry when I got a box that had come open during shipping (it was 110 outside that day). There was no packing but the discs were all in a bubble mailer inside the box. I ordered 4 and got them in the very next day. I figured that since most places that sell things this inexpensively wait a week or so then ship SmartPost, I'd have to wait a while. I am impressed by that for sure!"

"I was a bit worried about whether the Windows 7 Pro x64 I ordered would activate correctly given it is a branded Dell copy and I was installing it in a Parallels VM on my MacBook. However, everything turned out exactly how SnaggStuff.com stated it would and delivery was even a day early. I am beyond pleased and have since ordered a second copy for my wife's MacBook as well. No gimmicky b.s. here. Just straight talk and works exactly as described. It's refreshing to be able to trust a reseller that is not one of the online giants. Great prices and solid experience. Thanks!"
