"Horrible.
Placed order on June 16th, credit card was charged same day. Received an email from customer support 16 days later saying that the billing address was wrong.... WTF? You tell me this 16 days later? I thought it was in the mail already!?! They canceled the order, but I’m still waiting on my refund. Hopefully that doesn’t take 16days..."

"Absolutely fantastic service! I put my order in on a Saturday, and about an hour later I realized I needed a different size, so emailed customer service. Got a reply a few hours later that said they'd make the change. Here's the kicker, though. These shirts were christmas gifts, and when they didn't arrive on time, I checked my order and realized I'd put in the wrong shipping address! I called and let them know, and they tracked down the original shipment and discovered it was on return route, and then - get this - they REFILLED the order and SHIPPED IT TO ME at the corrected address WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING!! In other words, they did mea solid, even though the mistake was mine!
In short - great service, great product. Couldn't be happier, and will shop there again."

"Terrible service. Overpriced. Still charge shipping. Listed a package as shipped on Sunday AM, but didn't get it to USPS until Monday after 5PM. Now it won't get here by Christmas. I was told by "customer service" that I should have paid more for shipping despite selecting the option their site recommended."

"Of the four shirts I purchased, only one fit the intended recipient (the male). The other three were way too small. All of the shirts were of low quality sheer cotton. When you hold it up to the light, you can see right through it with fairly good detail. As I was wrapping these shirts on Christmas eve, I noted that the shirts could be rolled into a ball smaller than could be made if you rolled one sock into a ball."

"After getting no shipping update on my order for 3 days, I finally called SnorgTees after they seemed to be ignoring my emails. While I was on the phone with them I received an email response that they would be shipping my order priority. They apologized for not responding earlier, but seeing how this is the holiday season, they have been very too busy. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful, and I received the order in 48 hours.
So, what had started out as a potentially bad online purchasing experience was handled with excellent customer service. This company went above and beyond for me which is why I want to let other potential buyers know."
