"Absolutely fantastic service! I put my order in on a Saturday, and about an hour later I realized I needed a different size, so emailed customer service. Got a reply a few hours later that said they'd make the change. Here's the kicker, though. These shirts were christmas gifts, and when they didn't arrive on time, I checked my order and realized I'd put in the wrong shipping address! I called and let them know, and they tracked down the original shipment and discovered it was on return route, and then - get this - they REFILLED the order and SHIPPED IT TO ME at the corrected address WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING!! In other words, they did mea solid, even though the mistake was mine!
In short - great service, great product. Couldn't be happier, and will shop there again."
