"I was charged the 49.99 and then instead of getting an email to download my app I was told I needed to prove that my credit card was good before I could get the information to get my purchase. I couldn't enter the information in the email and the tech was an idiot and when I told him If I didn't here back from him in 10 minutes I would cancel through my Credit card. He wrote me back that he had put in for a refund for me. either they don't want to sell this product or the product is not good. I would say if you want to take a chance but I just want my refund."
"I first bought Microsoft Word for Mac. Then I saw the price for Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac and bought it. But I received Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. Then I tried to get a return on the purchase of Microsoft Word for MAC and it was refused because they said I already activated it, which I don't think I did because I was more interested in activating Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. I'm not a happy customer, so I requested a refund on all my purchases. It was too hard doing business with you."
Code to download product didn't work but problem fixed!
"I tried several times to download the product using the code I was emailed but it kept telling me that code had already been used. What I didn't realize is that I needed to go back into my Microsoft account to download it. A support person, Daniel reached out to me and sent me very clear instructions to get where I needed to be. Thank you!"
