"This is not my first experience with Microsoft and Macs. After my late, great laptop died, I searched long and hard to find another of similar vintage with a 15" monitor. Of course, it came bare-bones, but with an upgraded OS 10.13.6 on which my favorite MS 2011 will not run, so I had to purchase MS 2016; but true to form, it was not an easy, seamless installation and required roughly three hours to accomplish, working with two different techs. The second Tech, Daniel. did not give up easily, and after he tried to reinstall the program, called me back and he solved the installation problem. The only problem was the poor connection which made it difficult to understand him....his language skills were impeccable, but the connection was very sketchy and kept breaking up. In spite of this, he did the job and I am now using a word processor for the first time on this Mac, writing this evaluation. Thank you Daniel!"

"I was purchasing office 365 software for my laptop; I recently retired and the company allowed me to keep my computer but wiped out some of the software included Office. I am not a tech savvy person, so was going to take the traditoinal route and get it directly from Microsoft, but did some research and decided to purchase it from Softwarekeep at a fraction of the cost. I was skeptical that it was a scam. After the purchase they sent me the instructions along with the download and key. First thing I noticed is that they gave me the Pro version, I contacted customer service via chat and the told me that they were our of my version and gave me a complimentary upgrade. I followed the instructions including the link to clean up any old office software, downloaded the product and got an error message at the very end stating the license associated with the key has been used. My anxiety level went up, contacted customer service again and they very quickly walked me through what needed to be done to get a successful activation. All is working great, and I'm very glad I saved the money. The reaction time with customer service made the experience a good one, vs if they were slow to respond. I would highly recommend the company."

Ray Bryan was patient, knowledgeable, resourceful and fast in ultimately identifying the issues and achieving resolution.
