"I wasn't too sure about using Softwarekeep, but decided to give them a try. I hit a snag when trying to download and install (likely my own fault). I went back to their site and imitated a chat session to get my problem resolved. Emre was amazing. He logged onto my Mac and straightened everything out. I watched the whole process, and he was a straight-shooter. I'll use them again!

"Yes, the title is correct! Daniel spent over 3 hours with me on chat and taking over my computer to fix an issue that over 15+ hours with a Microsoft Tech could not resolve. And an issue with Office that I would assume Microsoft employees would be the experts. How wrong I was. I'm so grateful that the Softwarekeep has such wonderful techie employees like Daniel."
