"I wanted to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Instructions I received were all about a new installation (which I now know). Via the new File Explorer after installation, I could not see any of my old Desktop, my Applications, all the really valuable stuff. I had backed up documents, pictures, downloads. Since I was expecting an upgrade, I did not worry. On the final reboot, my old environment was gone. Now I'm left with reinstalling all my programs. Windows.old has the structure, but missing .dll files to make some programs work. I have not found one application that is working. BE CAREFUL, DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS THAT DO NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE INSTRUCTION WILL ACHIEVE!!!! It is now sadly very apparent, I should have asked more questions, instead of preceding blindly expecting a different result than I got. I say I upgraded my wife's computer when Win10 when it first came out. I received a download, ran it, and her file structure remained. That is what I was expecting. Did I receive the wrong instructions for upgrade. YES, yes, yes........... and I'm still irritated, but alas this has been an expensive issue in the end."
"While they said they sell this software product - They can't deliver the software that I paid them for. This is a product that comes in a box off a shelf. It's not like they have to write the programs but they say it will take 2 weeks to find the software???"

After some tears and despair, I sent a message to the "chat," never got a response, but then magically, the install finished. Then it sent me an email. "Bought Office for Mac 2019 for my old iMac with ios 10.13.6 which I doubted that would work (numerous comments on internet) Both Anne and Daniel insisted it would work after a few hickups (poor reading from my side) Anne showed me how to do it and it works am software engineer but was skeptical it would actually work. I can assure you it works and for a price that is unmatched. Again thanks for your support and service it was excellent along the journey as I have been scammed a few times but not this one."
