It looked like you were running the default installer which installs a 32-bit version of Outlook which triggered the error message since you already have other Office apps installed in 64-bit. Like what our team advised in their response to your email, open the downloaded installer and look for the folder labeled "Office" and run the setup64.exe file there to start installing a 64-bit version of Outlook and avoid the error during installation. "Joe was spectacular but the fact that I had to make up another e-mail address in order to get it to work was less than optimal. Joe - great. Process - mildly less than great. Then Joe with control of my desktop filled in 5 star ratings for everything. Bad move. Although the price was right - would not go this route again after interaction with Joe on Zoho."
