Quite possibly a scam business
"Ordered an OEM copy of Parallels 14. Paid with CC. They never sent the product. Checked my CC and saw that they charged for the software. About 30 mins later got an email stating that they needed "additional information" to process the order and could I scan my CC statement and credit card and send the images to them. WTF ?!?
I then called this 'business' and after the phone ringing for 10+ minutes a fellow with an in Indian accent fumbled around on the call, and then reiterated that they would need to see my CC statement to process the order. Contacted my CC company, who stated that it sounded like a phishing scam, and will place a challenge on the purchase once it is no longer pending.
Interestingly enough, the website lists this 'business' as an American Owned company. This is questionable as a Google search of the listed address in WA shows the business being conducted out of a run-down outbuilding on a residential property. Contacting the BBB listed yet another address for this 'business' as being in Vancouver BC. A Google search of that address shows it to be a PO Box at a UPS store.
I will be filing a complaint with the District Attorney's office for the County this 'American' business is located alleging fraudulent business practices, and am asking the help of the Canadian BBB to identify the proper authorities to alert in that country."

"I received the download within 24 hours and was able to install Word and Outlook on my MacBook Air after moderate confusion (I am not a "tech person" by inclination or interest and was installing it on a new-generation laptop with architecture different from my previous one, so that might have contributed to my inefficiency, but in any case I was able to complete the installation and the program works fine).
As to the more primary question of SoftwareKeep.com's service, it was ideal. I would buy from this company again in a heartbeat."
