Great Support - Found & Fixed My Problem!
"Bought a Microsoft Office for Mac set of programs from Softwarekeep.com last year. Great installation and activation instructions, and all was fine. Until an update in the past couple of days locked me out of saving any changes I made to my documents and spreadsheets! Found online a variety of "major surgery" type suggestions for a fix, but rather wary of trying those - so I contacted Softwarekeep.com to see if they could advise me. Whew! Glad I did! Daniel in Customer Support (Softwaregroup Zendesk Support?) researched my situation, found a way to clear out the offensive blockages, and got me totally back up and operating. I am really impressed that even though the problem was in no way caused by Softwarekeep, Daniel went ahead and helped me out - more than a year since my original purchase. Very impressive - the technical expertise he displayed, and the Customer Service provided. Kudo's to the company and to their rep, Daniel!"
