"Had a small hiccup during installation of Office 2021. Daniel diagnosed that the installer may have stalled at some point late in the installation. I did not pick up on that because the download bar basically looked complete. He recommended doing a restart of the computer, a fresh download of the installer file, and then running the new installer file. That appears to have worked on the basis of being able to open all the apps. It will take time to verify all are functioning properly with no installation errors, beyond what can be done during a chat session. Great efficient help. Thanks."
