"Just awesome people. Placed an order for items that were on backorder. Called and spoke with a real person, they said they'd follow up with me in a day or two with an update. They actually called me in a day or two with an update! They said they would keep me posted, and they actually called to keep me posted. I got the call the instant they were available, before they showed stock on the website, placed the order, and the items shipped the next day as promised. Just awesome, a completely awesome experience especially from an online retailer."

"When our fire district found ourselves in a jam because we needed an extra large standoff mount for our main communications antenna - in a hurry, we contacted Solid Signal for help. Audrey (bless her heart) bent over backwards to find the only antenna mount that Solid Signal had in stock, verified that all of the parts were in the box, and shipped it overnight to our fire district headquarters in upstate New York. The mount was received the following day and we were able to keep our primary communications link to FIRECOM up and running. "I would like to applaud service I received at Solid Signal by Mary Eldelea. I had questions about the use of a sat signal locator which has been discontinued and Mary told me about the replacement part, a splitter. I did not initially understand how it was used and Mary send me pictures and a web site to use. I subsequently bought the part. I appreciated her service particularly given that it was very inexpensisive but the service was as if it was a big deal. Thanks Mary."

I have been doing business with Solid Signal for over 6 years. Placed over 100 orders for Direct TV receivers, antennas and multiswitches. Most of the orders have been placed online with a user friendly system. The orders have always been promptly shipped and delivered on time. In the last year I have been in direct contact with a salesman David. He has been extremely professional and always goes that extra mile to complete the order or help me with a Technical problem .
