"Just awesome people. Placed an order for items that were on backorder. Called and spoke with a real person, they said they'd follow up with me in a day or two with an update. They actually called me in a day or two with an update! They said they would keep me posted, and they actually called to keep me posted. I got the call the instant they were available, before they showed stock on the website, placed the order, and the items shipped the next day as promised. Just awesome, a completely awesome experience especially from an online retailer."
