Stateline tack has by the far the WORST customer service
"Ordered a girth in January, finally was delivered after a month of trying to track it down. Once it came it was the incorrect size despite being labeled as 48”. When measured out it was only 46”. Stateline would not take a return unless measurements and pictures provided. I provided all the information needed and returned the item. 4 months later I have yet to receive my return check and every time I call they state they will call me back with the resolution... still waiting.... good luck if you ever order anything from them and need to return it"
"I ordered two blankets because they stated they were "In stock" and usually ship within 24 hrs. One blanket shipped out a day later than stated. The second blanket is still in process 15 days later. I filled out a questionnaire. First one not answered, sent another I believe 4 days later received a reply stating the second blanket was shipping from the distributor the following day that was 3 days ago and the blanket is still in process. I asked to cancel the second blanket as they were ordered to ship horses. They told me that was not possible. My next call is to my credit card company. I will not use State Line Tack again!"

"NEVER buy anything from state line tack! I unfortunately had my package (which was a saddle!) Stolen off of my porch. I contacted SLT for 6 days strait (emails and calls), and all they could say was "call the police". They never had anyone call me back, hung up on me, and refused to let me speak to a supervisor that could help. They would not send another, yet alone refund my $483.75!! They have now lost a long time customer. Never waste your money or time on them."

"I have never had the displeasure of ordering from such an awful company until I purchased from State Line Tack. They have the worst customer service and they do not allow negative reviews to be posted. The first purchase was a pair of boots, I have had these boots for 8 years before they finally fell apart. I reordered them, same exact boot, same size, and I could not even squeeze my foot into them. They acted like they were doing me such a favor by allowing me to return the item. Getting them shipped to me was very expensive then having them shipped back was crazy. The boots cost $55 and I spent at least $80 overall. The next order was half chaps, I ordered them in brown and they came in black but the company refused to pay exchange shipping so I am stuck with the wrong item. To make this worse, both of the negative reviews I left of their website were immediately taken down."
"A product came that I did not order. I called the company and sent it back. The product was $83.11..I did not even open the box and they only refunded $63.02. they charged well over the 10% (touted on their site) they charged me $20.09 for a product I did not order... and therefore I will NEVER buy products from here again...beware of their tactics for taking your money!!"

"I ordered show clothing and halter from State Line Tack. After reading these reviews I can see by shopping with them was a HUGE mistake. I could never get a straight answer from CS as to where to ship my return and just a plain run around. I have NEVER experienced this with any online order EVER! I sent my returns to the only address (after searching forever to find it) got tracking and PAID to have it returned. It showed delivered to a mailbox ect. Now they are stating that they cannot find my return anywhere? That I will need to file a claim with USPS. This company is a fraud and I will write review on as many sites, just so any consumer does not have to go thru what I have. Trust me order anywhere else but with State Line Tack!!"

State Line Tack is the only place I have ever shopped that tries to keep 10% of the purchase when you return BRAND NEW tack that did not fit you or your horse. They are an online store and should expect tack returns.

State Line Tack website failed to acknowledge our purchase and would not let us leave a review, I assume they blocked the review based the conversation we had with them over the phone which was not in their favor.
So I am leaving information here for anyone that can find it …. BEWARE, it is not the customer service you are used to from the other guys."

"If I could give State Line a zero I would. Because State Line had a product that I wanted that was only normally available by the manufacturer, I ordered from them. I talked myself into each time because I would get points. Well, points can't be used on a phone order. But I had to call in the order because the product was heavy and shipping charges were horrendous. When I would call it was a crap shoot whether I would get someone helpful or someone who felt it was too hard to help. I could go on about their horrendous customer service, but why. Next..web site is terrible. It's buggy, and no one can help. Worse yet, no one cares to help. Next. They have no idea what they have in stock. THey once told me a product was not available by the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and was told absolutely they had product in stock. Back to State Line customer service...no idea how to answer that one. Even products that are in stock take 2-3 times as long to be delivered. Finally, last straw this past week. Buggy web site, no help. Finally gave in and said the few dollars savings and bogus points were just not worth it."
"I purchased an HDR saddle. Followed the instructions to ensure it fit before using it. Once it is used you can't return. Everything seemed fine. Rode in saddle for one hour and my WHOLE seat area was numb. I was bruised for a few days following. Local English trainer looked at saddle and said there was a slight rise in the crotch area - should be concave not convex. HDR had me send the saddle. They refused to return it saying it was not defective. How can a saddle that causes genital bruising not be defective!! Now I have to try to resell a saddle that caused me pain and injury. Not sure I feel right about that!"
"The delivery is crazy slow. There is no obvious way to return items like they have on Amazon. I've ordered three times and never been happy with aspects of the purchase. Won't bother with them again."
On 3/25/18 I ordered a cat tree with what was supposed t be "free shipping". Still not here 5/16/18!
"The website shows this item as "in stock" but that is a lie. I found out Molly & Friends cat trees aren't "in stock" at all! They don't even exist until you order one.
I was charged extra for shipping, even though I learned it would be drop-shipped from the manufacturer! So why did I not only not get free shipping, but why did I have to pay State Line to ship an item they don't even ship?!!!
And I keep asking for status, but they won't reply to my emails. Here we are almost 2 months after I ordered an "in stock" item!

"this will be the first and LAST time I ever order anything from STATELINE TACK I ordered a Mounting block that says IN STOCK on 4/16 and here we are 4/32 and the order is still in progress.... This was suppose to be a birthday gift and now I have to go out and find something else. This is the most unorganized website that needs to get there stuff together!!!!!!!!!! IT SHOULD NEVER TAKE OVER A WEEK TO SHIP OUT SOMETHING THAT IS IN STOCK!!!!!!!"
