Disappointed
"First order for 2 70" full vision cases came. Delivery people never notified me they were here. Later, I discovered all the items laying in my front yard and 1 set of glass for the 2nd case no where to be found. They sent me out another glass, it came on a pallet wrapped in black. Took it to the shop and unwrapped, front glass was in a million pieces. Now they are sending me out another glass set. I know it isn't SSW fault, majority was shipper. IMHO id be looking for another shipper."

"I ordered several different types of slat wall accessory, plus a box of ring boxes. Everything but the ring boxes came in perfect! The ring box inserts were very yellowed & I'm not sure how many of them I'll be able to use."

"I ordered a open / close light up sign. It was shipped and received very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars but the sign was missing a couple buttons off the back. They changed the mode of the open light. I hate returning products, I’m just keeping it. Other than that I’m happy with my products."

Some items were chipped cracked or broken.
"Some item broken completely or cracked and damaged. The metal clothing line arrived in damaged half open box and was bent in several places. Too much hassle to re package for return. We worked on it for. Awhile to get pieces to align where would balance but have since purchased same item from other supplier and arrived in great shape. Cheaper prices must match quality to keep repeat business."

"I ordered 2 each of 3 colors of the same style necklace display. One color was marked "out of stock", but there was no indication that it wasn't going to be restocked. You get credit for having someone send me an e-mail saying the item was not going to be restocked after all. You get no credit for sending the e-mail after the rest of the order was shipped and for not asking whether I wanted to increase the quantity of either of the other 2 colors. I would have since I wanted 6 of that style. The result? I would have paid flat rate shipping of $10.50 for the 10 items I ordered. To order another 2 of a different color, I will have to pay another $10.50 in shipping. Needless to say, I won't be placing that order."

"Product arrived very quickly and was perfect quality. Only issue I had was the slatwall peg hooks were in a plastic bag. Some of them had came out and was flying around the box. Then when I took the bag out it busted open all over the floor, all 80 of them. I suggest may be putting them in a box. Other wise perfect transaction."
