"Some boxes are damaged and some have black scuffs and dirt all over them. I was pretty frustrated unpacking these and seeing this as we like our clients to be able to open their purchases and it look clean and neat. These boxes left used and dirty."

"Ordered an item and was told it would be delivered by certain date. Didn’t get it on time. It was shipped within SAME state. I ordered other items from across country on same day and received on time. I then emailed to say I needed to return because no longer needed. NO RESPONSE."
