Very bad customer care
"I have been trying to reach you for more than 12 hours now to cancel my booking, no one has responded to the calls. I’ve upgraded my support, still no response.This is extremely bad for a time sensitive (24hour) cancellation. I need a refund."

EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE
"I booked a flight a week ago. Now, after 7 days I got an email that the reservation has been canceled for no reason and i’m being charged for a cancellation fee. I waited 50 minutes on the line just for them to take off any responsibility, although the reason for the cancellation according to them was some kind of automatic mismatch with some details. Of course they couldn’t tell there was a mismatch or what was it because the reservation’s no longer active. They said that it’s a common problem that happens all the time, and the solution is to just book a new flight. Unfortunately prices has gone up, but they’re not willing to do anything, whether it’s a voucher code or taking some of the price difference on them. On a second call, they said the problem is with my card that it doesn’t match my bank info, but truth is it doesn’t let you pay or book a flight if card details are incorrect. at some point the representative on the phone admitted it was their mistake, but before any further solutions could be addressed they ended the call."

Scam website
"Update ! After one week of booking, they told me price increased, and if I don’t want to buy, they can refund. I choose cancel the booking, they even wanted to charge me for cancellation? They are crazy for money! Absolutely scam website."

Service kept timing out
"I had to re-enter my information a few times, which was annoying. And it took a long time to load flight results. Lastly, once I did book, I had a pop-up blocking my confirmation, so I was confused as to whether booking was confirmed or not. I also did not get an automatic booking email - had to opt in to have it sent to my email. I'm also not sure if my university will have access to the booking, which is the only reason why I booked through Student Universe."
