"Horrible customer service. They would not allow me to return my product and said they charge a $12 restocking fee. I emailed them 100 times and called them 100 times and they kept avoiding my calls. SEVERAL PEOPLE HAVE COMPLAINED ONLINE. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"This is my second order from Summit Source and they supplied exactly what i ordered in a timely fashion and thankfully at a good price. I am also pleased that the product is also of good quality and that is a pleasant surprise as well. It is nice, they do not have bogus shipping charges like some companies now use, to make up for the low price of a product.

"I had to call before I placed my order. The person that I spoke with was super nice. He told me exactly everything that I needed to know and how do get my order placed. I followed his instructions and then Summit responded to my order immediately as well as shipped my product fast. The product was 1/4 of the cost that I had been quoted at other places. Great service. I will use again!"
