"I miss the old director, Dominique! She left a few months ago and since then, I don’t think I’ve even met or seen the new director. Dominique was there every morning, every night. She knew my kids, she knew everything that was going on. Any concern I ever had she answered promptly and professionally. I wish the current director was as involved and concerned. Not just behind a closed door."

"Every day my daughter goes to daycare. She comes home with a diaper rash. After month of try different things and going to a dermatologist we found out it's from not having her diaper changer after pooping. Also the app they promote is rarely used in her class."
