"I placed an order, and began to be concerned as the shipping was taking longer than expected. It is the holiday season, and shipping is often impacted. I reached out to Customer Service and they were extremely helpful and compassionate. They did some research on my order, and offered to resend the product and even offered a refund. The good news is the order was received and the quality exceeded my expectation! I will definitely recommend Tee Public and won’t hesitate to order again. Job well done…. "I was so impressed with the customer service I received when two of the tshirts I ordered were the wrong size. Two new tshirts in the right size were immediately sent mean they came in time for a special event. Correspondence was so quick and efficient. I didn't need to pay anything else out of pocket and I was also able to keep the original tshirts that were the wrong size."

"I found just what I was looking for on Teepublic. I was looking for two different sweatshirts; One that said Bonfires and beers and the other campfires and cocktails. It was great to find them on the same site. I appreciated that you put actual people and their sizes wearing the sweatshirts. It made selecting a size easier. It’s great to know that shipping will not impact delivery in time for Christmas. I hope I am just thrilled once they arrive!"
