They've followed up with phone calls to confirm the order and if I was sure that I'd ordered the item I actually wanted - was not a "pressure" call, just conscientious concern. I've ordered from them in the past and I'll do so again. After a bit of confusion with Fedex, I asked TD to modify a delivery parameter, and they did so.
