Their Chat app is strange and they somehow found my primary email

"I used their chat app to verify stock and it became a long drawn out mess during which they insisted I provide my phone # and shipping address. It felt like a pretty intrusive situation. They also insisted that I wait for a quote from them before purchasing. The quote was $10 less than the price on their website but it seemed like really convoluted process. I would buy from them again but what should have been a 30-60 second interaction turned into 10 minutes."

B&K Precision Multimeter

"I have been shopping for a more advanced multimeter for a few weeks. My trusty “FLUKE” still works great, but lacked features. Then I found the B&K Precision Products and discovered they had just the meter I wanted in the model 388B. I was all set to order from my normal vendor when I stumbled upon “TEquipment” in a search. So then I did the research on “TE” and learned they are based right here in the USA, New Jersey, ALLRIGHT! They offered a really good buy on this meter, so I signed up as a client and made the purchase. It passed the security checks. Ground shipping was “FREE”. I received the order confirmation e-mail immediately, and received the shipping confirmation the following day. This particular meter is actually manufactured in Taiwan, but B&K Precision backs up the product for 3 years. Package should arrive in a couple days. This was a good customer experience. Thanks TEequipment."
