"I have been shopping for a more advanced multimeter for a few weeks. My trusty “FLUKE” still works great, but lacked features. Then I found the B&K Precision Products and discovered they had just the meter I wanted in the model 388B. I was all set to order from my normal vendor when I stumbled upon “TEquipment” in a search.
So then I did the research on “TE” and learned they are based right here in the USA, New Jersey, ALLRIGHT! They offered a really good buy on this meter, so I signed up as a client and made the purchase. It passed the security checks. Ground shipping was “FREE”. I received the order confirmation e-mail immediately, and received the shipping confirmation the following day. This particular meter is actually manufactured in Taiwan, but B&K Precision backs up the product for 3 years. Package should arrive in a couple days.

Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
"For some reason, their customer service changed my shipping address 3x, even though it was correct to begin with. I told them all 3x that it was incorrect and needed to be changed back to the original, but they disregarded and sent it to an address that does not exist. Now they are telling me that since it already shipped, it is my fault and that I need to deal with it. I asked them why they changed the address to begin with, and they have yet to respond. This is a company I will never use again. I don't care if I have to pay more for a product. Consumer beware: This company does not care about you or your business at all!"
