"A week after hearing nothing from my order, I called customer service. I was told that they had no information to give me and that someone would email me by the end of day. They never emailed. The watch never came."

Cancel an order
"I make an order at Timepiece with international shipping, but next day got the cancelation of the order, because they can not ship to my country, but it was on the list by ordering. The problem was, that money was blocked on my card. I wrote two emails, with questions, when I get the money refund. But didn't get any answer. Then I called them, to ask the additional letter of the cancelation of order an payment for my bank to unblock the amount in my card. And the customer service told me that already sent me one letter of cancelation and can not provide any another. Finally I got money refund in 6 calendar days."

Never received order!
"My order was never sent and nothing was communicated to me whatsoever. The purchase was credited back but this was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife. In short, no communication, bad customer experience, and incorrect order tracking which still shows the order in process to be shipped."

I finally had to cancel the order.
"After two weeks of waiting I finally got in touch with someone and cancelled the order. The website listed the item as “in stock” when clearly it was not. I cannot recommend Timepiece.com. Google their address and see what comes up."

I couldn't resist the great sale price on a very handsome "designer" watch
"This was an impulse purchase when I stumbled across a watch that really appealed to me and quickly found Timepiece.com offered the lowest price available. It is my very first Nixon because I usually avoid "designer" watches but this one's dial has the exact shade of burgundy that I wanted. I ordered it to try out the brand at a very reasonable cost and have been very happy with the purchase. The watch has a much better finish quality than I expected and was delivered quickly. I'll look on your site when I'm in the market for a similar quality or perhaps even better watch again. I may even buy another Nixon."
