Poor service
"Ordered a set of connector pliers and it’s been 11 days and nothing. They give you and order number but no tracking number. So I decide to call to see if I could track my order or find out what’s up. I sat waiting for over 7 minutes to speak to someone and got tired of waiting. I will give it another day or two and contact my bank"

Stay away dishonest business
"Purchased an item, in April, that they could not ship. I agreed to wait until they received it. After 3 months they sent me an email cancelling the order and telling me they would refund the item to my credit card. I went and purchased the item from another company and lo & behold they - ToolDiscounters decided to ship it out and never issue the refund. Now I have two of the same items and they refuse to take it back. Credit Card company also will not help thus I am stuck with an item that is over $2,000.00. When I questioned why they shipped the item they stated that it was a "glitch in their system". They are crappy company and very dishonest. I would not buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been in business since 1967 and never had an issue like this."

Just purchased a compressor pump, great experience!
"First off, I'm not a bot or a shill. The part I was looking at (replacement Campbell Hausfeld air compressor pump) was $200 everywhere, except here, where it was $160!
I was extremely skeptical, and figured this could be a scam website. Yes, I did a bit of research and it didn't appear to be, but how could they sell so much lower than everyone else? They took credit card (a good sign) so I figured what the heck, let's try. And sure enough, my much cheaper compressor pump arrived, was bolted in place and fired up last night with much success. I figure they deserved a good review somewhere for saving me a decent amount of money!"

"Had a question on my order, called and spoke to a gentleman, he promptly emailed back with a ship date, was on back order, asked if I wanted to cancel, said no. Tool arrived a little quicker, so, was a great honest company to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them."
