still no tools
"this is the worst place i have ever dealt with. i wish i would have read the reviews before i ordered. first they tell you (after you order) that it will be 7-10 before it even ships. WTF who takes that long just to put it in the mail. ! after 12 days now still no tool, no way to cancel your order. i have emailed them twice so far and no response from them at all. i wouldn't even give them one star but thats the lowest you can go. they should get a minus 5 star rating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

Repeat Customer - Good Experience, Quick Delivery
"I've bought tools from them a few times, and never had a reason to complain. Just last week I ordered a new vacuum pump kit, and today (9/1/2020) it arrived via FedEx ground. My last order was in December 2018, a couple SK socket sets. Again, no problems. So my experience has been good when buying from this company, and I find they have very competitive prices and quick shipment."

Horrible customer service and response
"On July 13, 2020 I placed an online order for items shown to be in stock. On July 14, 2020 I received an email stating my order would ship in 1-2 weeks. With covid I was OK with that. On August 8, 2020 I still hadn't received my order and sent email for update. On August 10 sent another email and finally received a response stating they did not have them in stock.
On August 14, 2020 I received 4 of the 10 items I ordered. On the same day I sent an email request for an update as to status of remaining 6 items, no response.
On August 14, 2020 sent another request for update response, again silence. To date it has been 29 BUSINESS days and 40 calendar days and order still not complete, but yet my card was charged for the entire order.
I will never order from this site again and highly recommend before you do call them to see if they have items in stock to ensure you will get your order."

"Was concerned about ordering from the website beard on other customer reviews found online. But called the company to make sure they had what I wanted in stock. The man knew what I was talking about as soon as I gave him the item #, checked, & said it was in stock. I went online (on a Friday), ordered my tool, & chose 2-day delivery. On the following Monday I received an email with tracking info and on Wednesday I received exactly what I ordered."

No answer the e-mails and no refund.
"I place an order at tool dicounter and before I place the order I took my time to ask about the product, I want to ask for more details, they answer Right away, I place the order, Corona virus was hitting bad, so two weeks pass and no tracking number was provided, I contact them again and give me an excuse saying the this product probably won be ready to leave for two more weeks, after all this matter I decided to cancel the order the answer me saying the between 3 to 5 business days the money should be in my bank account, another two weeks pass and nothing happened, I try to contact them again and no answer, try one more time and no answer, final of the story I have to contact my bank and put a claim, horrible situation the I usually don't take my time to review anything but this i think it worth it."
