"This was my first order from Tree Fort Bikes. I placed my order by phone and spoke with Alan who was very helpful, I needed to determine if the Time Iclic pedals came with the revised cleat that Time had engineered to address cleat breakage issues. I was placed on hold while Alan called the warehouse to check, he came back reporting the pedals would have the updated cleat. Order placed on Monday afternoon I was told it would ship on Wednesday (not sure why it took an extra day to ship, but at least they were up front about the ship date) the order arrived on Friday with the correct cleat. When I did not receive a tracking e-mail on Thursday I sent an e-mail requesting verification that the order had shipped. I promptly received two replies both verifying the shipment and one apologizing for not sending the tracking e-mail. I'm very satisfied with Tree Fort Bikes and will buy from them in the future."

"I have purchased several items from Tree Fort bikes and find it somewhat strange having to shop on-line to get a "pricematched" item while the store is close to home and I don't use credit cards on-line i have to purchase a gift card from my bank in order to keep things safe from fraud, which i have been through recently.
The people at Tree Fort are very informative and know their bikes, when calling by phone you don't feel rushed if asking questions they take time to answer or to recommend a certain product based on your preferences.
My most recent "pricematched" purchase went smoothly and i was notified within 2 days of my order for in-store pick up.
I would recommened Tree Fort bike shop to anyone looking for great deals and service. The only negative i take a star away, is purchasing on-line to get pricematched deals I can't pay for in-store with the same item in-hand with cash! I do enjoy their on-line store and website which make it all well worth the time for a great deal at a great bike shop! Thanks Tree Fort!"

"TFB (tree fort bikes) have ridiculously fast shipping.
I ordered my glasses on wed, they were discontinued and the customer service dude, Ben, found another pair for me and replaced my model. Told me they were shipped and should be expecting them Fri at the latest next week.
Fast forward past the weekend, I wait eagerly for my shipment, checking my status with supreme OCDness. Monday, find out I got my tracking number. Half way across the country and a day and a half later my shipment arrive, unbeknown to me. Then wednesday at work, i get to work in the morning, log into USPS and BAM: shipment received.
ME: "WTF? insane in the membrane!"
I get through the day w/o paying much attention to work, jittery, and impatient, like a little child waiting for christmas morning, hoping to see what Big Red brought him.
I race home on the bike trail, narrowly avoiding pedestrians, motorists, and infants in baby carriages.
Bust down the door, and there it is, the little brown package from the little town of Ypsilanti.
Rip out the tape like a rabid hound on steroids and almost cry as I cradle my new Optic nerve glasses in my still sweaty hands.
My day is complete.
Long story short, TFN has excellant customer service and demon-speed shipping. first time buyer and i'm extremely impressed. If I ever need bike supplies, I'll be sure to make TFB guys priority and expect the same brilliant level of service and shipping."

"Tree Fort Bikes has great customer service. I first became a customer because of their great prices. But now I am a returning customer because of their personal service. There was an issue with my Garmin 705, the software was malfunctioning and Garmin could not fix it. Tree Fort Bikes replaced it promptly with a new one. Since actions speak louder than words, I immediately made another purchase to get my and my girlfriends bikes ready for spring. Tree Fort Bikes are good folks and they can count on my business in the future."
