"Tree Fort Bikes is very knowledgeable in their products and offer a wide variety of bikes, parts and accessories. They always seem to want to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer while having some of the best prices around and the famous price matching machine on line. "Slow ship. Slow response. Good prices.
Ordered on Thursday 1PM PST. Got ship notification Tuesday 3PM. Didn't arrive (Seattle area) until the following Tuesday (1 day UPS delay). And I paid for shipping ($9)!
On the Monday night before it shipped I sent mail asking if I could cancel but didn't get a return reply until Wednesday morning (after it shipped).
I saved $6 but felt like I was penny wise but pound foolish.
--Updated 5/31. I let TreeFort know about my experience (and the fact that part of the order was damaged) and they got right back to me with apologies and a credit for shipping. That's pretty good in my book, I've up'd the ratings to reflect that."

"I made my Garmin Edge 800 purchase over the internet with Tree Fort Bikes because of their low price, and relative proximity. My package arrived quickly, although the product was defective (stuck pixels in center of the screen). Fortunately Tree Fort Bikes was very helpful and swapped it for a new one while I waited in their store."

"As always Tree Fort had the lowest price or matched it without me having to search. They also were able to get an item that was in short supply and shipped it promptly. Item was defective from the factory, and Tree Fort acted on my behalf to get replacement parts at no charge to me. On top of that they refunded the difference when another site reduced the price on an already price matched item. If I could, I would exclusively shop with Tree Fort."

"They had the best price I could find on line and then they knocked an additional 15% the off price to match a vendor I didn't find.
The phone and eMail support is great and delivery was 4 days after I placed my order.
I would definitely order from them again.

"Their price matching app is awesome. I price matched basically everything I wanted to order. I was a little under the amount needed for free shipping, so they got me to spend a little extra, but I'm actually happy that I did altogether. I kind of wish I picked up more stuff at the same time, since they have a decent selection of stuff I could use.
They're based in MI, so I got my stuff rather fast, being on the east coast, compared to typical west coast dealers. My only complaint that it took 2-3 business from the order to actually ship. The order came packed very well in a sturdy box with crumpled paper as padding.
Another thing to mention is that I don't think they charge your card until they ship either, which is nice I suppose. Between these guys and Price Point, I'd rather go with these guys mainly due to their website.
I'd likely order again once I have enough stuff I want to reach the free shipping mark. If the free shipping mark was lower, I'd be shopping them even sooner, but for now all I want is a wider more aggressive gripping 29er tire up front (Ardent 29x2.4 maybe) and a relatively light, fast, and decently grippy tire with stronger sidewalls in the back (Ikon 29x2.2 EXO maybe)."
