"I tried Ebay and Nikon to replace my old camera. Ebay sent a used camera that never worked, gave me hard time refunding warranty never used. Nikon said my order was on back order with no shipping date after I waited weeks. Tristate camera was easy to work with, got me what I wanted, free shipping, no hassles. Thank yoy"

"Items listed not available any longer - discontinued but they still show that they are available at the website and they do the charge your account - Finally after emailing several times they indicated the items are not available that a refund will be issued, still 16 days no refund yet.
I will put a claim with my credit card company at this time.

"Camera lenses are not US warranty, all of the advertised accessories were not included, products were not even boxed in manufacture package. None of this was in the item description on the website. You do however get calls right away trying to sell you extra “warranties”."
