"I ordered an Olympus TG-6 red, they sent the same camera, but in black. I notified them immediately, but after two plus business days they had not responded, they claim response within 24 hours. Eventually they did respond, but only after I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They sent me a shipping label for return of the incorrect camera, but they would not send me the correct camera even after the wrong one was on route back to them. They also would not use express shipping as I requested. This entire process cost me a lot of time and forced me to use an inferior camera on a job site. The total time was 9 business days from the point I received the incorrect camera until the correct replacement was received."
