"C.S. rep made an offer that I could not refuse and switched my original product order for better at minor cost increase, expedited shipping. I received printer today and immediately did set up, loaded toner and paper and reviewed perfect print on 6 pages.
Only a single incident and not a real problem: product came with power cord but incorrect power end (Asian, not USA compliant) . Because I rarely toss cords from obsolete or broken equipment, this required an easy walk to my lower level to retrieve a proper USA compliant power cord and set me back (at most) 2 minutes (DUH!!)
This purchase was for an HP color Laser, Duplex printer and is my third. Previous models were well used and well loved. Lightning took my last one out and my insurer refused to make me whole. After searching 10 months for this exact model I found this reseller and as stated above Customer Service steered me to a fully rebuilt, warranted duplex model and I will keep their contact info for any future needs that they can fulfill.

Love this site
"I went online to look for a camera to replace an older Sony that I broke. I decided on a Nikon set up and talked to the salesperson about the set up I was interested in and the type of use I would give it. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After speaking with him, it gave me the confidence to trust in TriState Camera and I ordered a Nikon D5600 package. This is a set up that I have dreaming about for quite a few years. It has all of the lenses and accessories that I want all in one deal. I looked at other sites including the big "A" and no one had this type of complete package at such a great price.
A follow-up review is forthcoming, as soon as I receive and use my equipment
