Kept giving me the runaround
"Ordered a rotopax fuel system. They told me it was going to ship on a certain day. After a few days past that date i followed up. They told me it was held up and should ship on another day. A few days after that elapsed i followed up again. To get the same bogus story and that it would ship at a later date once again. I said eff it and pulled out of the transaction... which was good because i got it for cheaper locally"

"Need some tech info, left a recorded message, and a few hours recieved a return call. I was unable to answer but the person gave a very detailed reply that enable me to correct my install so that everything worked like it should.
In my book, that is a notch above."

"I ordered quite a few items to accessorize 2 2018 GSA's. Rather than wait and send the items all at once they were shipped to me as Twisted Throttle received them with free shipping each time. One item would not fit one of the bikes as it was a lowered model and I was able to return it with no issues whatsoever. I will definitely order from Twisted Throttle again."

Love shopping at Twisted Throttle !
"I have been dealing with TT for many years and each time I order something I can reach customer support to ask technical questions to confirm if the part will fit my motorcycle... Sometimes a part is on back-order; TT make sure I understand that before I decide to buy it anyway and how long it will take before it arrives.
Twisted Throttle / Vicious Cycle (Their Ol' name) are still in business today, and even expanding because they put the customer first every day ! Great selection of parts from great companies ! Great service and rapid shipping/tracking and flexible payments... My experience over the years with Twisted Throttle is on my short list of great online shopping !
