"Ordered inexpensive pair of Trico windshield wiper blades. When they arrived, they had strange plastic "adapters" inside that did not look anything like the printed material and did not attach to the hooks they were supposed to. Even stranger: they didn't even match each other! It looks like somebody just jammed in whatever part was lying around instead of the proper adapters. They were cheap enough that I just threw them away rather than going through the hassle of returning them, but jeez, I'd be wary of this outfit."
"I have ordered my parts as it shows on their website as available in stock!! 3 days later my order still under pending status!!! I contacted customer service they literally said " We do not have it, the website is two weeks behind will send a request to the manufacturer we do not have a time frame. But we have other brands available for you but for a higher price!!!!!"
"I ordered a part and immediately noticed the part number was not what I wanted. I called customer service and asked to have the order canceled, within minutes of placing the order. I was told that a request to cancel the order was placed. An hour later I received an email stating that the order was shipped with a tracking number. I called back to customer service and was told since a tracking number was attached that the order cannot be canceled. I would have to wait for the order to arrive and then call back to get instruction on returning the order. Guessing Ill have to pay for return shipping and in the meantime they have my money. I plan on contacting my bank and disputing the charge. I told them 2 time not to ship that to me.
The refund to my account was finally issued 100%, so I guess other than the inability to cancel the order, I am satisfied. As far as customer service goes, had I not entered this review, I would not have heard from anyone. I would still not use this company again."
"Wrong part was ordered but it costs more to return than the product cost! They do not provide nor offer a return shipping label which would cost them a fraction of what it costs an individual! NOT HAPPY!! Stuck with parts that don't fit!"
