"Purchased flags (U.S. and POW/MIA) have been flying in front of my home for about a month now. Flags are very well constructed and display beautifully. . Shipping Was a Nightmare
"Ordered a 25' commercial nautical flagpole. Freight company "lost" the actual flagpole and delivered the accessories. It took 3 weeks and over 10 phone calls (you cannot talk to US Flags) to customer service at the Online Store to sort it out. The flagpole is great but shipping and the requirement to use an intermediary to try and resolve the problem is unsatisfactory. Never received a tracking number, only a phone call from ABS stating it would be delivered the next day. No one at the Online Store could provide a location or any shipping information."

Very Knowledgable and Professional
"I didnt know what I wanted for the military memorial gravesites, but Shauna did. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The order was placed the following day and they called and gave me a tracking number. Thanks Shauna!! I couldn't have done it without your help. I havent received the order to give it stars, but I will anticipate it to be just as good as the service they gave....so I will tentatively give that 5 stars also today."

Car Flags
"I have been buying these flags for a number of years. The only problem is the plastic rings that hold the flag to the pole. They do not do a very good job. I have lost more flags because of them. I'm now using clear, heavy-duty tape to try to hold the flag on more securely. You need to improve those plastic rings at the top and bottom."

Amazing customer service - great value on the products!
"I ordered 3 each of 17 country's flags as decorations for our church annual international potluck. When I ran into a back order situation on line ( for only one country) I called and the fabulous sales rep allowed me to place my order and she checked inventory on each and every country so that they could expedite the shipping. She was amazing , friendly and knowledgeable. My order arrived quickly !
On the day of the potluck, I was the hero !!! The room looked incredible with all the flags on the tables ...and we can use them for years to come! Rather than previous years cut flowers in vases which were more expensive and no where near as impressive, I was the hero of the day for just over $100...only problem...you made me look so good that they now want me to be the decorating committee for all social events.
I highly recommend your company !!! Thanks"

Classy Pole
"I now have the classiest pole on the street. The eagle is deluxe, the truck (with pulley for the halyard), all looks great. I had dropped the pole to refinish - it's iron pipe / three sections / 24 feet so installation was easy."
