Shipping Was a Nightmare
"Ordered a 25' commercial nautical flagpole. Freight company "lost" the actual flagpole and delivered the accessories. It took 3 weeks and over 10 phone calls (you cannot talk to US Flags) to customer service at the Online Store to sort it out. The flagpole is great but shipping and the requirement to use an intermediary to try and resolve the problem is unsatisfactory. Never received a tracking number, only a phone call from ABS stating it would be delivered the next day. No one at the Online Store could provide a location or any shipping information."
