"Over and above the cost of our order we had to pay an additional 91.84 brokerage fees in order to receive our goods into Canada. Other items that we purchased on eBay from other companies these charges were all looked after at no charge to their customers."

"Although the product was good and matched the description, the overall cost was $105.90 for a $42 item. There was a hidden $39.38 COD brokerage fee on top of the advertised $24.52 shipping fee. With shipping this expensive, I would expect the brokerage feed included. It would have been if this was shipped by another carrier or the paperwork was done correctly. Next time I suggest you ship with a different carrier other than UPS, they are terrible with their brokerage fees. Because of this, I will not be ordering from Vibrant Technologies again."

"the hard drive is defective. Tried it in two different pc's, one as part of a raid and another as a stand alone drive. in both cases, neither the bios or windows would see the drive.
also, the model number is totally different than what was pictured, which is what I needed since the drive was intended to go into an existing raid."

"Previous orders from Vibrant arrived all in good shape as advertised. This time there was a minor error with the order, it can happen. Called and spoke with Mark Cherry who was our usual contact. Always no problem dealing with Mark. No problem with the return, shipped corrected order out next day. RMA arrived same day by email. Will continue to do business with Vibrant. From this client of Vibrant, no complaints."

"Hard drive was never erased from previous owner. Could not use it. They sent a return label but The UPS store changed me $!0.99 to ship it back to Vibrant Technologies, Inc. I'm still waiting for the replacement.
Very upset over this purchase.!!!"

"This seller was excellent. EBay made a mistake and forgot to include the suite number of my office on the receipt when the auction completed and the order was shipped missing this information. I contacted Vibrant Technologies and they were able to contact UPS and get this straightened out before the shipment arrived."
