"I did have a minor issue, but after contacting Vibrant the issue was quickly resolved with attention to my concerns. I feel that personnel with Vibrant were personally motivated to resolve my issues. From my perspective, that is a great indicator of the type of service I can expect from a supplier in the future. "Fantastic service. Mark was great. Very helpful and honest. I needed an obsolete part for an Apple RAID from 2004. Other places I called would put me on hold and then hang up on me. Vibrant was the only one who had it in stock and provided a fair price. The part arrived a few days later and worked perfectly. Thank you guys so much."

"The price was the best available that I could find after an in depth search on the internet.
I needed to expedite shipping and they got out that same day even though I placed the order towards the latter part of the day.
That say's alot! because it would have not been unreasonable for it to have shipped the following day.
The product was received undamaged and appropriately packed. I would have been down a few more days if it would have been otherwise.
I would rate this transaction as Outstanding, and I would not hesitate to continue ordering from Vibrant Technologies Inc. for any of my computer equipment.
