Superior customer service and support.
"We purchased an antique-look bathroom sink faucet that gave us many years of service. When its stems began requiring too frequent replacement we decided to replace the whole faucet. We purchased what looked like an identical faucet but when it arrived, the stems were much larger than it's predecessor and it wouldn't fit our antique soft stone sink top. So when I shared my story with customer service, they initiated a search through their stock to find a faucet with specs similar to our old one. A few days after my call, I received an email with a link to an appropriate faucet. It fits!! I am very appreciative of the hours of searching that their customer service staff saved me. Thanks and be proud of your superior customer service."

Not what promised on website
"Website states 1-3 days for product. Today is actually the 4th business day I was told the product will get here on the 26th . UPS tracking said there is a delay - So I really do not know when it will get to me.
On the flip side Michelle Curwen with Vintage has been great with communication and questions and her follow up is great that is only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 2"

Still don’t have tub!
"Tub was suppose to ship out in 5-10 business days. It’s been over two months and the shipment keeps getting delayed. Have called customer service and they said they would get it out within the week, there was a part back ordered, but that was weeks ago and still no update or product."
