"My brother-in-law had highly recommended Vision Computers and now I understand why he did so. The service has been great...my new laptop worked as expected right out of the box. My data was transferred and once I loaded my programs, I was set to go. I had purchased a docking station, but found it did not meet my needs. The return process was simple."

"It is great, no problems, still learning how to maneuver
things, since I have not had a new computor in years.
Your tec help was a little standoffish when I called for help, had to get my husband involved just to get my external hard drive set up, not very nice, and did not want to help me, told me I would have to go back to Seagate and get them to fix. It was a brand new one just purchased in Nov. It worked on the other one so why would it not work for this one. Someone finally got on the phone and worked it out, but he was very unfriendly and snooty. Like I was to dumb to understand.
But the computor is great, and Raji was great in helping me pick out what I needed."

"This new computer replaces a Dell that I had for many years.
My new Vision is far superior to the old one, Very quiet and of course much faster. I am very happy that my son chose your product to get me up and running again. I wasn't able to use it for about a week because he forgot to upgrade the wireless card, but now everything is great."

"Saleperson at store wss very knowledgable about the computer hardware and helped a great deal in getting the configuration that I needed based on my described needs. The machine was delivered within the time frame specified and have had no problems with its software that was preload. Very happy with the service and the machine so far."

"Great experience. I had listened to the ads for a long time and was alway curious. Since I am a home user, although I use my home PC for business, I don't buy new PCs that often. The process was quick yet thorough, all questions asked were answered to my satisfaction. My order was completed a couple of days earlier than scheduled. I picked it up, brought it home and had it running in no time. This is by far the best PC I've ever owned, and I had a few. In the past I bought a Gateway and the mother board and hard drive both failed. They offered no tech support and I had to pay ahead for the parts until the old ones were returned for a refund. I had an HP, and it went in for repair 3 times. If it had gone in one more time, it would have had to be replaced. So, the big names have been nothing but head and heart aches for me. I really appreciate the speed and comfort of this machine. I will be a repeat customer."

"We were thrilled with Ruby, our sales rep. She was able to take the computer that I had built on line and tweak it to be the best fit for out needs. We love the fact that they provide a ;prgram that gives us our own personal IT department which frees up so much of my time maintaining the computer. We also took them up on the service to move our data (clean from any virus) to our new Vision computer. It was an easy set up and worked from the very beginning."
