"Great experience. I had listened to the ads for a long time and was alway curious. Since I am a home user, although I use my home PC for business, I don't buy new PCs that often. The process was quick yet thorough, all questions asked were answered to my satisfaction. My order was completed a couple of days earlier than scheduled. I picked it up, brought it home and had it running in no time. This is by far the best PC I've ever owned, and I had a few. In the past I bought a Gateway and the mother board and hard drive both failed. They offered no tech support and I had to pay ahead for the parts until the old ones were returned for a refund. I had an HP, and it went in for repair 3 times. If it had gone in one more time, it would have had to be replaced. So, the big names have been nothing but head and heart aches for me. I really appreciate the speed and comfort of this machine. I will be a repeat customer."
