"My experiences with Vision have been stellar thus far. My sales rep, Jeremy Eidson, is proactive about my needs, without being pushy or trying to upsell me. Let's face it. As far as customers go, I'm a small fry with one-off needs (a new desktop, a new laptop, remote maintenance, maybe a battery backup). But as a solopreneur, those one-off needs are a matter of life and death to my business, and I feel confident that Vision gives me the same level of customer service that it gives major accounts."

My sales person, Jeremy, worked with me for several months - encouraging me to ask questions and answering all of them with patience, care, concern, professionalism and NO pressure. When it was time to place my order, he again worked with me to be sure I had what I needed based on how I use a computer - not just a bunch of standard components.
In using my new computer this first week, I have had to contact the tech department several times. Derek has been extremely helpful with answering questions and explaining the intricacies of my new computer. He is very knowledgeable, and also friendly and pleasant to work with.
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Vision Computers to everyone."

"Telephone service was very knowledgable about my specialized need and graphics requirements. Price was very fair. Email response to my questions during the build and ordering process were quick and informative. Computer was built exactly to the specs that I wanted within a couple of days. Shipping to my Jacksonville Florida location was quick! Overall turn around, ordered and paid on Friday, delivered to my door on Wednesday, 5 days (counting the weekend)."

"Ordered a computer off the website and when I received it, it was a spanish system. Obviously not what I ordered. It took several calls and a few emails to get some kind of response about how they were going to fix it. Ultimately I just asked for a refund because I was told they don't make my computer in an english version and I would have to pay more for a different computer. Funny, I am typing this on my English version that I got for $150 cheaper without all the hassle."
