"Disappointed! The floppy drive was NOT installed, but was in a box. I don't have room of external hardware!
The system is having issues with some downloads not installing, IE operation differently from what I am used to with numerous popups, and the HD badly fragmented.
I had no problem with a previous order. I expected much better."

"My experience shopping with Vision Computers proved to be very satisfying. I am not a techno-geek so I initially found myself intimidated by the volume of choices and all their options. However, I took it slow and spent a long time looking at the selection of laptops. I like the feature online that allows customers to compare and contrast up to three products. I also appreciate the follow-up phone call confirming the order. My computer arrived at my doorstep within three business days. In fact, I am using the laptop I purchased to type this review."

"Very good service. This is my 4th vision computer. I bought this one to replace my vision computer that I bought in August of 2007. I always recommend Vision to my friends!!!!!!! As before the salesman suggested exactly what I needed for the applications I will use my computer for. Vision does not sell you accessories that you do not need unless you request them."

"My computer arrived and after setup did not work like it should. There was apparently an issue of power signals between the PC and the monitor. I called and Vision techs asked me to return the CPU for them to check the problem. The Techs, especially Allan and Derek worked diligently to resolve the issues.
Update: The issue was apparently the monitor, which would not wake up. VC sent me a new monitor and I returned the first. Problem solved, all is working great! I have recommended your company over the years because of the great tech service and no waiting to speak with them. The Techs are wonderful and very patient with customer frustrations. Thank you all!"
