"company has terrible customer service ordered a blanket to be shipped to my customer four day after the order was placed still no email stating shipped, no response to emails, and phone calls were not even answered and no voice-mail service. Finally filed complaint with PayPal and received a response within an hour stating blanket shipped the day after I ordered it. That was all I wanted to know however I was accused of being "Drunk" was told it is Christmas season and it takes extra time to ship, however when you place an order with a company you expect to be informed of its progress and there site kept telling me it was processing even after it had shipped. My customer is getting 2 blankets because of there inability to communicate with there customers."

"My 1st order is shipped but the tracking indicate still in progress. So confusing. This company/or middle man I also don't know. They dont seem to take care of their business very well. Seem everything as part time job.Im really frustrated with this vistawholesale. They dont reply my msg in "contact us", very very slow and not recommended. "Ordered this for a customer who needed it by saturday, the 23rd. When turning in this order, I was NOT told that item was out of stock. Nor was I sent an email about that fact. I would check the order and after 2 days, it showed that it was shipped. WRONG. When checking that night (20th) it now showed processing. Still no word about it being out of stock. Didn't know that fact until a couple of days later when they finally answered one of my emails, but I still had to go into their message system on their site. Nothing in my inbox or bulk mail. This company also has no contact phone number. The fax number is located somewhere in Nevada, although company addy is in another state. When i did an address search, Nothing was found at the address that they show on their site. This was their one and only chance with me. They are NOT on my list anymore."

"I ordered a fleece blanket to be drop shipped to my customer on 12/13/07. As of today's date, 1/18/08 the order has not been received by my customer. I checked the order status, it says it is 'processing'. I have written twice via the website Contact Us page, and have still gotten no reply. And I've scoured their website for a phone number, but have not found one. I have left a comment on the companies' blog in an effort to get some info.
I suspect that the item is out of stock or being back ordered, but I have no idea for sure since no one from the company has bothered to answer my inquiries.
I have a very angry customer. I will wait a few more days to see if there is any response. If there is none forthcoming, I will give my customer a refund and will not attempt to do any more business with this company."
