"I have been dealing with this company for years.It has always been a ggod expirience.Great customer service,prompt deivery and they contact you when out of an item and will credit your account post haste or you can get a replacement item.I mostly purchase proteins,supplements from them and are normally always have a supply.I have also recommended them to my family.The cost savings outway everything....better than GNC or Vitamin Shoppe."

"Ordered low carb bars from VitaDigest which came in prompt time, however soon after I opened the first box I knew something was wrong. It was hard, dry and chewy, which was uncharacteristic for this particular brand, and flavor. Just out of curiosity I checked the "sell by" date and sure enough it has long past. I checked the other box I ordered, and it was within the sell by date but only like a month, which in most cases would be fine, but these products have a year or more shelf life, so I knew I was being sold a rather old batch. Naturally I contacted VitaDigest, and got a very apologetic young CSR who took my info and promised a call back. That call never came, I called back in a few days later, only to be told my claim was rejected, and was given an email, not a phone number to appeal my claim if I wish to do so any further. So I made some photos of the bars and the box it was in, to show the expiration date and the batch number of the box.
The recipient[Ann] quickly denied that those bars didn't come from them citing that the batch numbers are not matching any of theirs, and that wouldn't sell expired products any how, essentially accusing me of fraud. Nice, so buyers beware!
The response from them below proves my point,I didn't try to send anything back that didn't came from you and it came within 30 days of my first contact to you, I simply considered this as an isolated incident, as I had no problems with Vitadigest before. I simply gave you guys the chance to rectify it, instead you guys accusing me of fraud.Customer service starts when there is something wrong and needs to be fixed, and you guys failed miserably."

"I have nothing but good things to say about vitadigest.com. They are quick and efficient with their orders, I order the same thing every two months and it is greatly discounted through this site and arrives usually sooner than the estimated shipping time. The only advise for improvement would be to set up a sign in for returning users so that our records are kept on what we order and the card info to order. other than that two thumbs up for vitadigest.com"

"I use VitaDigest to order Psyllium Husks. Their customer service dept. has been very friendly and helpful. Theu told me when the next 8% discount was being offered and that saved me $11.68. Delivery is very quick and free. Their website is user-friendly and they have an extraordinary number of vitamin-related items. I plan to reorder from them for a very long time."

"Very disappointed. Made order, rec'd email that item had been shipped, credit card was charged as though item was shipped, but 14 days later - no item rec'd. Contacted cust Svc & was advised that not only did item NOT ship as I'd been told, but was on Back-order for an ADDITIONAL 2-3 WEEKS. I was NEVER contacted by VitaDigest. I only learned on the back-order status b/c I contacted THEM. Else, I guess I'd still be waiting and waiting...
To their credit, Cust Svc was great. Quick in responding via email, quick to credit my card. However, I am so uncomfortable with the fact that VitaDigest charged me for an item that didn't ship, told me that it shipped when it didn't, and presumably would not have ever let me know that they had my money, but that I wouldn't have my item for at least a MONTH after paying for it.
I will not shop with VitaDigest again."
