"Very disappointed. Made order, rec'd email that item had been shipped, credit card was charged as though item was shipped, but 14 days later - no item rec'd. Contacted cust Svc & was advised that not only did item NOT ship as I'd been told, but was on Back-order for an ADDITIONAL 2-3 WEEKS. I was NEVER contacted by VitaDigest. I only learned on the back-order status b/c I contacted THEM. Else, I guess I'd still be waiting and waiting...
To their credit, Cust Svc was great. Quick in responding via email, quick to credit my card. However, I am so uncomfortable with the fact that VitaDigest charged me for an item that didn't ship, told me that it shipped when it didn't, and presumably would not have ever let me know that they had my money, but that I wouldn't have my item for at least a MONTH after paying for it.
I will not shop with VitaDigest again."
