"Similar story to the ones before me.
Made an order two weeks ago and appreciating the 7-10 days shipping, I waited patiently for them to dispatch my order.
Nothing has arrived and my status is still sitting at "Awaiting Fulfillment" despite them claiming the product is still in stock.
I have emailed and called them multiple times but am simply ignored or put to recorded message. Pretty irritated as a little communication would be nice even if it is to say I have to wait a few more days.
Pretty poor overall and won't be using again. Will spend a little extra in future and save myself a lot of wasted time.
WAEPlus seem more interested in responding to poor reviews than actually dispatching their orders so perhaps this will illicit a response from them.
*EDIT, So it has now been a week over the 30day refund promise and I have still not received my refund. Although I must give them credit for being quick to replying to me, telling me that their accounts department is dealing with it is unacceptable. I already know this.
Avoid a headache and use well known companies that actually do what they say they will do."

"I have made an order of a Blu-ray drive 10 days ago with the order number 43545. It is labeled as In Stock but the order status remain Awaiting Fulfillment for 10 DAYS! I have sent emails but no one reply. I have called but no one answered. You charged my credit card the second day after the order and leave no reply until now! I don't want the item anymore so please refund me ASAP!"

"I had a really great experience with WAE+. I was initially attracted to the selection, but the prices made me decide to give them a try. I didn't have a problem with shipping and everything was delivered in the time frame given. I got order confirmation that clearly stated when I was to receive it. I was able to track the shipment with no problems. Again, the prices are great, really low for office stationary and shipping wasn't bad either. I will definitely continue to do business with them again!"

"My first order didn't arrive 3 weeks after ordering albeit over the Christmas period. The young man who answered the phone was 'helping out' and was unsure what to do. He said the order would arrive within 3 days. It didn't. After chasing again at the end of the week, a very polite, apologetic and efficient sounding lady, promised to re post the item 1st class. It arrived the following day. 10/10 for her efforts. 1/10 for the boy who needs to learn how to talk on the phone before picking it up !!"

"What can I say - ordered in December, now mid Jan and still have not received goods. Emailed customer Services to ask what was happening to order. They eventually came back to say they were out of stock when ordered (so why take my money there and then!) and it had come in that morning and was being shipped out next day delivery!!!! 5 days ago! Website still does not show it as moving in my account... not a good showing at all. If I do not receive anything in the next 5 days I will be going to my Credit Card company for action."
