"What can I say - ordered in December, now mid Jan and still have not received goods. Emailed customer Services to ask what was happening to order. They eventually came back to say they were out of stock when ordered (so why take my money there and then!) and it had come in that morning and was being shipped out next day delivery!!!! 5 days ago! Website still does not show it as moving in my account... not a good showing at all. If I do not receive anything in the next 5 days I will be going to my Credit Card company for action."
