"I have a mans and a woman's Gucci Watch purchased in the mid 70's that were no longer running. I wanted to give the women's watch (it had been my daughters) to my granddaughter for her college graduation, so I looked for a watch repair that appeared to be reputable. My search led me to Watch Repairs USA... so I corresponded and sent them my watches.
They were exactly as advertised, they sent me a quote, restored both watches and returned them to me safely packaged. My only disappointment was the long wait to obtain the custom leather band from Gucci in Italy...but the joy I'll see in my granddaughters eyes when she holds her mom's watch will make it all worth it to me."

Perfect Restoration
"The quote was completely transparent, and they did a wonderful job restoring my broken family heirloom. It was my great-grandfather's watch, and it meant a lot. I also got a new band installed because the other was the reason that the watch was damaged in the first place (broke and fell off my wrist). They repaired everything, and they kept me updated. I really enjoyed being able to log on and see what stage of repair my watch was in."

"I had previously sent my vintage chronograph watch to two other watch repairmen who were unable to fix my watch, but one still gave me a large bill for "cleaning".
I am SO happy I didn't give up, but instead sent my watch to Watch Repairs USA, who fixed and expertly cleaned and oiled the watch. It now operates flawlessly, even the chronograph feature. I couldn't be more pleased. I only wish I hadn't wasted my time and money with the other repairmen!"

The best Lord Elgin watch repair ever!
"I purchased my Lord Elgin watch in West Germany while on active duty 44 years ago. When I went in to inactive reserves, the day of the week did not show in the window. I made a huge mistake by taking it to Devon's Jewelers to have it repaired. The day of the week still did not show up in the window and now the date also did not show up and the time of day went into the toilet. After three tries to get the job done correctly, I took the watch to various watch repair shops. One shop told me not to hold my breath because the works were metric and not standard. I took a chance with Watch Repair USA. Not only were they able to have the day of the week and date work properly, they were able to install a round glass crystal and have the watch keep the excellent time it was known for. I would have no second thoughts having them do repairs on my other time pieces!"
