"I had Watch Repairs USA repair and restore my mother's Bulova watch, Model Number O14KO, and it came back to me in pristine condition Watch Repairs kept me informed by email on how to ship the watch, notified me when it arrived, notified me of the cost to repair and estimated time it would take, and notified me when the watch was shipped back to me. I had to sign for the package upon receipt. I'm happy, happy."

"I've had my two Concord watches serviced by WRUSA, and have been very happy every time. Reasonable prices, and excellent communications from them throughout the process. Having to ship my Concords off to get serviced, even a battery replacement, because getting Concords serviced is essentially impossible locally is a pain, but at least I have a great option with WRUSA."

Excellent Service in All Respects
"Last month I sent my Phillip Stein watch to Watch Repair because the chronograph was not resetting properly. The process began with this excellent company emailing me a shipping document and instructions. Shortly after sending the watch I received communication from them acknowledging their receipt and a repair number which I used to track the status of work on their website. After a few weeks passed I received an email detailing the problem and the repair work needed. My approval was required as was a credit card for payment. A few weeks later I received acknowledgement that the repair was completed and the watch on its way to me. Days later the delivery service arrived requiring my signature. The watch looked and functioned as it did on the day I purchased it.
Overall, the service provided me by Watch Repair was excellent in every aspect."

Great service
"I sent my FORTIS B-42 Chronograph for repair of a subdial hand. I also authoirzed a general tune up and cleaning. It looks like a brand new piece. So far it functions perfectly and the subdial hand which needed repair functions flawlessly. I found the price for these services to be quite reasonable (considerably less than a quote I received from a local authoirized service center). I would highly recommend Watch Repairs USA."
